What happens when there is severe weather?
We play on a turf field so cancellation is rare. We will most likely delay the game as much as we can,
but in the event that we do need to cancel or reschedule, we will make an announcement over the PA on how to exchange your tickets for another game.

Can you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Currently, we are only accepting orders within the continental United States.


How long will it take to get my order?

It generally takes up to 4-7 business days for us to process your order. Depending on your location, domestic shipping can take anywhere between 2-17 business days.


How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

We do not require signature confirmation. The delivery services will leave the packages on your doorstep.


What if I didn't receive my package?

Please notify us within 7 days of the projected delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.



What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a request for return within 30 days of initial purchase date for a full refund. Items eligible must be returned to us in new or unworn condition, within the original packaging. Any products that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.


How do I return my order?

Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method, which you are responsible for arranging. Once the item has been sent, email us with the tracking information so we can ensure the item is received.


How long does the return process take?

Once the return is requested and shipping has been arranged, most domestic shipments remain in transit for 2-7 business days. Allow one additional business day for us to assess the merchandise and process the refund. The entire process should take around 10 business days. 


Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or alter your order at any time as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once you receive shipping confirmation from us, we can no longer change or cancel.


Can I exchange my order?

We do not accept exchanges for COVID-19 health & safety reasons.


What do I do if my order is damaged?

If you find a package is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject it from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you did not receive your full order, the remaining item(s) are out of stock. When this happens, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the situation. You will be asked if you’d rather proceed with a partially refunded order, or wait for new stock. In the event that we do not receive a response from you, we will refund the missing item and proceed to fulfill the remaining items.


I received the wrong items, what do I do?

In the event that wrong items were received, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll gladly get things sorted out.
