Cory joined the Y'alls in 2024. As our Stadium Operations Manager, he makes sure that Thomas More Stadium is always looking beautiful for our guests. During games, you will find Cory making sure everything is running smoothly around the concourse and on the field. Cory is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is a graduate of Ohio University.

The head honcho. David purchased the team in 2019 and made it what you see today. He built the Y'alls brand and continues to make it a fun, fan first, family environment for everyone to enjoy!

Don is in charge of all things Lil' Y'allers and Amateur Baseball here at the Y'alls. He is making sure that there is never a day without baseball here at Thomas More Stadium!

Gabe joined the Y'alls in April of 2021. He started as a Box Office intern, and now holds the role of Director of Tickets for the Y'alls. He takes care of those in our Hospitality Areas during games, making sure everyone is having the best time! Gabe is from Cleveland, Ohio, and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Hannah joined the Y'alls in January of 2023. She started as our Corporate Sponsorship intern, and now holds the role of Marketing and Fan Engagement Manager for the Y'alls. She is our in game Emcee and plans out all the fun you see each game! Hannah is a Northern Kentucky native, and a graduate of Liberty University.

Jack joined the Y'alls in January of 2024. Jack started as our Corporate Sponsorship intern, and now holds the title of Box Office Manager. You will see him at the will call window before each game, and passing out free goodies as you walk out each night! Jack is from Louisville, Kentucky, and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Katy joined us here at the Y'alls in January of 2024 as a member of our Group Sales team, and has already made her mark on the organization (pun intended). On game days, you can find her helping out everywhere, especially all things Y'all Star!

Matt has been with the Florence Y'alls for years! He started working as a seasonal game day cook, and became a core member of the Y'alls Team. He is now our Concessions Manager, making sure all business is running smoothly each game.

Max is the General Manager of the Y'alls. He has been with the team since 2015, starting as an intern for the Florence Freedom and working his way up to the top! Good luck finding him on game day as he is non-stop making sure the Y'alls are putting on their best show for you.

Nick joined the Y'alls in April of 2021. He started out as our Merchandising intern, and after a short two-weeks, upgraded his title to Team Store Manager. Now he is the Creative Director for the organization. On game days you can find him in the dugout creating content and posting live stats on Twitter. Nick is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of the Cincinnati State.

Rory joined the Y'alls for the 2024 season. As our Lead Broadcaster and Media Relations Manager, he is the voice of the Florence Y'alls! You can hear him calling every moment, along side his #2 broadcaster, Jesse Cook, on Flo Sports. Rory is from Boston, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Emerson College.

Sophie joined the Y'alls in April of 2022. She started as our Groups and Hospitality intern, and now holds the role of Multi-Media and Community Engagement Manager for the Y'alls. She is the producer of our show; you can find Sophie running our Press Bucket and all things video operations each game. Sophie is from Columbus, Ohio, and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Zach joined the Y'alls in 2022 as a Stadium Operations intern. Now, as our Facility Operations Manager, he makes sure that Thomas More Stadium is always ready to go for both the Y'alls season and other events at the ballpark. During games, you will find Zach making sure everything is running smoothly around the concourse and on the field. Zach is Kentucky native and is a graduate of Morehead State University.
