Welcome to Thomas More Stadium — home of the Florence Y’alls! Here’s everything you need to know before, during, and after game day.

Quick Answers

  • Is parking free? Yes! General parking is free. VIP parking is available for $5 near the 3rd Base Gate.
  • Can I bring food or drinks? No, outside food and beverages are prohibited.
  • Do you cancel for rain? Rarely — we play on turf.
  • Where can I get Y’alls merch? In the Y’alls Team Store or online.
  • Do you have ATMs? Yes, behind home plate near the Info Booth.
  • Can I bring a bag? Bags must be clear unless they are smaller than 4.5" x 6.5". Medically necessary items and diapers may be brought into the stadium, but all bags are subject to inspection.

Before You Arrive

Ticket Policy & Purchases

All sales are final. If a game is rained out or deemed unsafe due to extreme heat, tickets may be exchanged for any future non-premium game. No refunds.

  • Will Call: Pick up tickets at the Pella Ticket Window at the front of the stadium.

Children’s Tickets

  • Ages 3 & under: Free admission with lap seating only.
  • Ages 4–12: Ticket required. Free with Club Y’allers membership.

Parking

  • General parking is FREE in all lots except the VIP Lot.
  • VIP Lot parking is $5 near the 3rd Base Gate.
  • ADA parking is available along the first base line.

Clear Bag Policy

  • Bags must be clear unless they are smaller than 4.5" x 6.5".
  • Medically necessary items and diapers may be brought into the stadium.
  • All bags are subject to inspection.
  • No outside food, beverages, or prohibited items are permitted.

Dress Policy

  • Family-friendly attire is required.
  • The Y’alls reserve the right to remove non-compliant fans.

Cake Policy

Outside cakes, including cupcakes or sheet cakes, are permitted with a $15 upcharge per cake. This applies to all seating areas, including suites.

At the Ballpark

Food & Beverage

No outside food or beverages are permitted. Violators may be removed. Concessions are located throughout the concourse.

Alcohol Policy

  • Fans must be 21+ with an Over 21 wristband to purchase alcohol.
  • Wristbands are available with a valid ID.
  • Police may cut off service at any time.

Accessibility & Family Amenities

  • Accessible seating is available behind Sections 107 & 109.
  • Booster seats are available.
  • First Aid is located on the 3rd base concourse.
  • Changing tables are available in family restrooms.
  • Nursing room is located in the First Aid Room.

Camera Policy

Fans are welcome to bring cameras into Thomas More Stadium during games. Photography is permitted from the concourse areas only. Access to upstairs areas is restricted to guests with valid tickets for those sections, and field access is not permitted unless previously approved by the organization. Professional equipment, including large lenses or tripods, may be subject to additional restrictions at the discretion of stadium staff.

During the Game

Fan Conduct

Cheer loud and have fun — just keep it clean! Explicit language or disorderly behavior may result in removal.

Foul Balls & Field Access

Stay alert for foul balls and bats. Fans are not permitted on dugouts or the field unless approved for a promotion.

Weather Delays

We play on turf, so cancellations are rare. Follow PA announcements and social media for updates.

In-Game Fun

  • Promotions: Sign up at the Info Booth.
  • Jersey Auctions: Open at 1st pitch and close in the 7th inning.
  • Autographs are available pre- and post-game; guaranteed Sundays.

  • Starcade is open during games.
  • Lost & Found is located in the Team Store.
  • Team Store is located in the left field corner and online.

Special Requests

Family, Media & Shoutouts

  • Family/Friends of Players: Must submit requests in advance.
  • National Anthem performers receive 2 complimentary tickets.
  • Press passes: Email rory@florenceyalls.com.
  • Video Board Shoutouts must be submitted 1 day prior.
  • First Game Certificates are available at the Info Booth.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days in new/unworn condition.
