Captain Clutch: Hank Zeisler Becomes Florence Y'alls' All-Time RBIs Leader

Florence captain cements his place in franchise history with another milestone moment.

FLORENCE, KY – Hank Zeisler continued his record-breaking career on June 17 in Schaumburg, becoming the Florence franchise's all-time RBI leader.

With the bases loaded early in the game, Zeisler lined a single into center field to score Kyle Harbison and collect the 192nd RBI of his career, surpassing Ryan Basham's long-standing franchise record of 191. Basham's mark had stood for more than 15 years.

The milestone marked the second career franchise record Zeisler has claimed this season after becoming Florence's all-time leader in runs scored in late May. The first baseman remains within striking distance of several more career records, including hits, home runs, walks, and games played.

Now in his fourth season with Florence, Zeisler has grown into one of the franchise's most accomplished players while also embracing a leadership role as team captain. Thirty-six of his now 193 career RBIs have come this season, as he continues to anchor the middle of the lineup. Over the past three seasons, Zeisler has hit better than .300 while posting an OPS above .900 each year. He is in a great position to be voted a 2026 “Y’all Star”, when the league all–star game is in Florence in a few weeks. The 2025 Frontier League MVP runner-up joined the Y'alls midway through the 2023 season following the conclusion of his collegiate career at the University of Missouri.

Beyond the individual accolades, Zeisler is chasing his first postseason appearance in a Florence uniform. Under first-year manager Toby Hall, the Y'alls have spent more time above .500 than they did during either of the previous two seasons, keeping postseason aspirations alive as the club nears the second-half.
